Bring an existing program with you
Already have a program? Use the current import flow to bring its structure into Rackd and review anything that needs a match.
The confirmed beta evidence is App Store version 0.10.2. It applies to that beta only. Other store, web, and account surfaces need their own release evidence.
Use the App Store link shown on the beta page. If the release you are using exposes another install path, follow that store's current listing rather than assuming the beta evidence carries across.
Open Rackd and follow the welcome flow. If the release offers sign-in for an optional account surface, you can decide whether you need it. The local training record starts on the device.
Open the program list and choose a plan that fits the week you actually have. The selected catalog contains 15 programs, with options across barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, bodyweight, and recovery work.
Open the session, read the target, log the work, and let the app keep the result for the next prescription. Rackd's training engine contains 11 progression systems, and the selected exercise source contains 448 exercises.
Keep the record on the device. If the current release exposes export, make a backup before a device move. Optional sync and web access remain release-gated surfaces, not requirements for the first session.
That is enough setup. Pick the plan, load the bar, and see what changes next.
