What's free, what's paid

Rackd starts with the training. The intended Half Rack model is a local-first core for running a real program, logging sessions, and reading the work back later.

The exact availability of a surface follows the release you installed. Source code and an approved product decision are not the same thing as a live store, checkout, or account entitlement.

The training core

The selected catalog contains:

• 15 built-in programs.
• 11 progression systems in the training engine.
• 448 exercises.
• Workout logging, rest timing, history, and progress surfaces supported by the current release.

Rackd's job is to keep the plan, the session, and the numbers in one place. Coach is an anonymous software voice that reports program and training data, then gives a next action. It is not a human coach or a medical professional.

Creating a generated program

Generated-program creation is intended to be free. Creation, ownership, and import are separate actions.

The owner-confirmed current value for generated-program ownership is $8. That value is not a client price source. Runtime checkout and server configuration remain the authority for the price, payment terms, and availability in a particular release.

When the ownership flow is available, the checkout shown at the point of purchase will state the current terms. If it is not shown in your release, nothing on this page asks you to work around that state.

Power Rack

Power Rack is intended as an optional one-time account-level ownership tier with one included program. Its store, account-entitlement, and web availability need separate owner and live evidence.

This page does not present Power Rack as a purchase that is live everywhere. The local training core remains the place to run your plan when the optional tier is unavailable.

The beta boundary

The confirmed beta evidence is App Store version 0.10.2. It applies only to that beta. It does not prove web checkout, Power Rack ownership, payment providers, or another platform's release state.
