Programs, workouts and Saved Workouts
A program is a multi-week plan, a workout is one session, and a Saved Workout is a session you can run again.
You forgot a set, or typed 185 instead of 225. Past workouts can be fixed.
Go to the Progress tab, open History, and tap the workout. Open its menu and choose Edit Workout.
The Edit Workout screen lets you change the workout's name, its start and end date and time, and its notes. Each exercise expands to show its sets, where you can edit the weight, reps or RPE, delete a set, or tap Add Set. Add Exercise puts in one you missed, and deleting an exercise can be undone before you save.
Tap Save Changes when you're done, or Cancel to leave it as it was.
Saving rebuilds your personal records and training max for the exercises you touched. A corrected set can add a record or take one away, depending on the new numbers.
The same menu on a workout also has Save as Saved Workout and Delete.

Library holds your current program, programs, Saved Workouts and exercises. Explore is the catalog.
Replace an exercise from its menu, then choose whether the swap lasts one workout, one day or the whole program.
