Programs, workouts and Saved Workouts
A program is a multi-week plan, a workout is one session, and a Saved Workout is a session you can run again.
Library is where you train. At the top, Current Program shows your active program with Start Workout (or Continue Workout if one is open) and a Manage button. If you haven't picked a program yet, it offers Choose a Program.
Below that are three lists of your own material.
Explore is the catalog. It has two sections, Programs and Exercises. The Programs section lists the 13 built-in programs, and you can filter by focus, level, days per week and equipment. The Exercises section lists the 448 exercises in the library.
Open a program to see its weekly structure and progression before you add it. You don't train from Explore.
Open Library to train, or to manage what you've built. Open Explore to compare programs, or to look up an exercise.

Replace an exercise from its menu, then choose whether the swap lasts one workout, one day or the whole program.
Open a session from History, choose Edit Workout, fix the sets, and save. Your PRs and training max update to match.
