Programs, workouts and Saved Workouts
A program is a multi-week plan, a workout is one session, and a Saved Workout is a session you can run again.
Grain Gym doesn't schedule your program by calendar date. Your place in it moves forward when you finish a workout, so a missed day or week doesn't push anything out of order.
There's no Skip button and nothing to catch up on. Your current program card keeps showing the next workout you haven't done, and that's the one you start when you're back.
The program waits where you left it. Your next targets come from the week and day you're on and your last logged sessions, not from the date.
After 14 days without a workout, Today shows a Welcome Back banner. Tap Review to see a suggested drop in weight, which grows the longer you've been away. Take a deload or rest week has the numbers.
The suggestion is optional. Choose Skip This Time to keep your full weights.

Library holds your current program, programs, Saved Workouts and exercises. Explore is the catalog.
Replace an exercise from its menu, then choose whether the swap lasts one workout, one day or the whole program.
