A target that doesn't match the plates on your rack usually comes from one of three things.
Open Settings, then Units & Plates, and check Weight Unit. Pounds and kilograms are a single app-wide choice, so make sure it matches what your bar and plates are stamped with.
Grain Gym rounds to a fixed grid, not to the plates you own. Weights worked out from a training max land on the nearest 2.5 kg or 5 lb. Increments added after a session, such as the weight 5x5 Strength adds, snap to steps as small as 1.25 kg or 2.5 lb. It rounds to the nearest step, not always down.
That means a target can ask for a weight your gym can't build, such as 22.5 kg on a rack with no 1.25 kg plates. Load the nearest weight you can and log what you lifted.
Units & Plates also holds your Bar Weight and Available Plates. Those feed the plate calculator, which shows how to load the bar for a target weight with the plates you have. Open it from the exercise's menu, under Plate Calculator.

Check History, then an unfinished workout, then a backup. Most missing sessions are in one of the three.
